1. Applicability of the conditions
These general terms of service ("TOS" for short) apply to all orders placed with Pastore Fashion Services (hereinafter referred to as "PFS") in writing, by telephone or via the online shop. With the placing of an order these general terms and conditions are considered as accepted by you.

Order by email
If you would like to order by email, send your order to: email@example.com. Please do not forget to enter your sender address and the necessary item information such as size, color, etc.
2.1. Conclusion of contract
Your order is only considered accepted when PFS has issued the invoice. Silence does not count as acceptance of an order.
PFS attaches great importance to keeping up-to-date availability and delivery times in the online shop. In particular due to production or delivery bottlenecks, delivery delays can occur both at PFS itself and at suppliers. All information on availability and delivery times are therefore without guarantee and can change at any time. Claims for damages due to any errors in the illustrations or in the prices and texts cannot be asserted.
All prices are in Swiss Francs and include VAT and any early recycling fees if applicable.
4.1. Shipping and handling costs
PFS delivers your ordered items directly to your home with Swiss Post or another partner. For this we charge you a shipping cost share for postage, packaging and insurance of CHF 7.50. Items for which additional transport costs are incurred are marked accordingly. Should a delivery take place in several shipments for technical or logistical reasons, we will of course only charge the shipping cost contribution once. General cargo items such as mattresses, slatted frames, furniture etc. are delivered by a carrier to the curb of your home address. Installation and transport to your apartment are not included in the price.
4.2. Terms of payment
The goods are paid either on account or by credit card (only possible in the online shop). Payment in installments is not possible. Please only use our pre-printed payment slips and pay our invoices within 20 days. We reserve the right to check the creditworthiness of our customers and to deliver them in individual cases only against prepayment or credit card payment.
4.3. Late payment
In the event of a delay in payment, PFS reserves the right to charge default interest of 5% pa and a reminder fee of CHF 10.00 for each reminder, even without a prior warning, and to forward or assign the claim to a collection agency. The resulting additional costs will be charged to the customer.
We deliver our products while stocks last and only within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
At PFS, it is important to us that you receive a faultless delivery. Nevertheless, it can unfortunately happen that something is damaged during transport. After receiving the delivery, please check the condition and completeness of the delivery and notify us of any complaints no later than 8 days after delivery of the delivery.
5.2. Replacement delivery
If an ordered article is no longer available, we try to meet the customer's request with an article that is as similar as possible (qualitative and price). In the event that you generally do not want any replacement deliveries, you can inform our customer service at 079 637 27 08.
5.3. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Pastore Fashion Services until full payment has been made.
6. Exchange and right of return
At PFS you buy on a trial basis and risk-free. You have 14 days to return the items that do not appeal to you in perfect new condition and in the original packaging via post office counter, pick @ home or Päckli Punkt at your expense. The returned items must not be used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged or have any obvious signs of wear. The returned items must be complete and packaged exactly as they were shipped, including all accessories and labels.

7. Place of performance / place of jurisdiction
The place of performance for all obligations from the contract with the customer is at the headquarters of Pastore Fashion Services, Wallisellen.
The contract between Pastore Fashion Services and the customer is subject to substantive Swiss law, excluding the conflict of laws rules ..
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the contract is the headquarters of Pastore Fashion Services, Wallisellen.
