It's simple, really... I love to travel, I've been traveling for over 20 years across 5 continents, always cooking... tasting and cooking, trying and learning.

And then I came across Lahinch. The rugged beauty of the coast just won me over. Add to that that there was an empty restaurant just sitting there. It was just meant to be...
“I can’t wait to bring my son on the same adventures I had growing up . .”

Every year, or so, the travel bug bites me again; and I am more than happy to let it guide me, again and again. And then bring some gorgeous things back to Lahinch, to share in our cozy restaurant, on the Atlantic coast.

We love what we cook and we think it shows in all our dishes.
If we had to put a label on our food, we'd call it European, very approachable, with a hint of the exotic. All our items are prepared daily fresh in our in-house kitchen. That even includes our breads and famous cookies. We also offer an extensive range of vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.
