- Cherry tomatoes
- Buffalo mozzarella
- Shallots ( thinly sliced )
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar ( 1 teaspoon )
- Salt and Peppar ( a generous pinch of both )
- 2 cloves of Garlic
Gently roast the crushed garlic in two tablespoons of olive oil use the excess oil to mix with the Balsamic for the dressing , toss the ingredients in a large bowl and serve fresh.
